POSITIONS VACANT:

Property Manager

Due to our continuous Business Growth this fantastic opportunity has become available. You will be joining our friendly, fast paced and successful team in our dynamic new office. Looking for a switched-on experienced PM. You will have outstanding customer service and communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile for clients. Ideally you will have a background in property or tenancy management.

The successful applicant must have:

• Certificate of registration
• Previous property management experience
• Experience with REST Professional
• Excellent customer service & time management skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to work well within a team
• Positive attitude

You will be responsible for undertaking the following tasks:

• Liaising with owners and tenants
• Negotiating lease renewals and rent increases
• Arrears management, including NCAT applications and attendance
• Screening potential tenants and signing up new leases
